Cleanup Heroes provides year-round trash and litter control for retail areas, office complexes, industrial & shopping plazas, vacant lots and parking garages, along with on-demand removal of illegally dumped items in Winter Haven & Polk County.

Cleanup Heroes charges by the month depending on the type of property and what you want to be done. Price considerations include the number of days per week you want service; the number of landscaped islands you have; the types of stores in your center and their hours; the area to be serviced and so forth.

Because every property is different, we price our jobs by the amount of time it takes to do a thorough cleanup of your property, and not by its square footage. We require a three-month initial commitment, then we go month-to-month with a one-month cancellation notice. Jobs are billed and paid one month in advance via credit card, Zelle or Venmo.

Removal of illegally dumped trash and debris – such as mattresses, clothing, TVs and furniture – is done on-demand and is priced according to the items to be removed.

First, our founder, Nick Nichols, walks your property to assess the complete scope of the job. He prepares a cleanup checklist for your property that he discusses with you and adjusts to your needs. The price is determined based on the agreed-upon checklist items.

Then Nick does the work himself for a week or so to validate the checklist. Then he works on your site with the assigned team member for another week to make sure the team member understands what needs to be done.

Your team member is trained to look for additional problems, such as damaged signs, broken windows, illegally dumped trash and debris, vehicles that appear to be abandoned, and other issues of which you should be aware. Your team member will take pictures of any problems, which will be sent to you via text no later than the start of the next business day.

Our founder, Nick Nichols, decided that Cleanup Heroes would best serve our customers by limiting the scope of our services to what we do best: trash and litter control for retail areas, office complexes, industrial and shopping plazas, vacant lots and parking garages, and on-demand removal of illegally dumped items in Winter Haven & Polk County.

We have been asked to do landscaping, window washing, office cleaning, parking lot striping and other things. We respectfully declined because we want to be the best in one area: trash and litter control. If you need these or other services, ask us to refer you to someone else. We are always looking for reliable, fair-priced local vendors to handle the work we choose not to do.
